Aim high shoot your goals!

As day goes by there are just those moments that we day dream and imagine what’s ahead of us. What would be our future of our current situation. We tend to look back the years on what we are doing and how our lives are changing. The lives we also touched and changed of others especially our friends, relatives, workmates.  But looking back to the past and seeing our progress and considering the life we had been lately. Some questions would pop out of your mind and tweak as you go along and think. Are you heading to the life you had planned before? Or is your life getting better compared to before.

These are just common questions you can find yourself thinking and seeking for some answers as you sit and reminisce.  You might consider that not all you planned were fulfilled the moment you were starting to work for a living. But you can still chase those dreams of yours that were starting to slip and get out of your reach. In order to achieve this you need to have perseverance and persistence in everything you do.  Likewise you won’t be able to achieve what you long for and you will just lose it before you can have the chance of trying.

In order for you to be successful in the things you do you must focus and prioritize the things it can help you. Planning plays a vital role in this kind of scenario were in it can make you get ready and be a prepared person. And as soon as you plan out things right you need to slowly gain progress even if just a bit day by day. Don’t worry if you cannot boost up in a certain day all you need to understand is you are gaining progress constantly.  If possible if you want to see your in line progress you can create a time table and see how you are doing. This will help you determine your status and progress as you get along the way.

And you will know that you are close to success because you can actually feel that things are going on your way and on the right way. But don’t just settle for temporary solution when obstacles and problems get in the way. You have to understand the consequences also when you solve this kinds of things. And remember that those problems are keys to lead you to another great opportunity that can expand to your dreams.

And the moment you are on top of your dreams and goals. Always remember not to brag about the things you did. And don’t look down others as if you were the most ultimate and most successful person. Instead help them as well in reaching what you have accomplished but not to the point of spoon feeding them. Teach them values that they can use in their struggle and give them tips they can use the moment they are confused.

At some point in time, we all have been guilty of procrastinating….

We put off things that are important to our success and can never get to doing them…like

  • Eating healthier
  • Exercising
  • Spending Time with Family
  • Doing your Website
  • Marketing
  • Decluttering
  • Doing Videos
  • Quiting that Corporate Job that is Making you SICK
  • Starting A Business
  • & Many More

What we have to understand is that procrastination is a symptom of a much bigger issue.  In and of itself, it is not the root cause of

why we fail to do what is good for us.  FEAR, often, is the main culprit camoflauging itself as procrastination.

FEAR of ….”if I fail, people will ridicule me?”

FEAR of ….”what will my parents think?”

FEAR of ….”maybe it won’t work, so why go for it”

FEAR of ….CHANGE

CHANGE….Small changes on a daily basis is a precursor for BIG changes.

Even when you are fearful….take the necessary action, ANYWAY.

In this video, I have listed 2 Quick Steps to Motivate Yourself in Taking ACTION.

So go right ahead, start taking  ACTION  to stamp out Procrastination  Fear.

DON’T BELIEVE IN MIRACLES, DEPEND ON THEM

Don’t need an explanation for everything.

Recognize that there are such things as miracles, events for which there are no explanations. Later, knowledge may explain those events away.

The fact that you plant a seed and it becomes a flower, share a bit of knowledge and it becomes another, smile at someone and receive a smile in return are common miracles.

Your duty to yourself is to believe that for which you have sufficient evidence, and to suspend your judgment when you have not.

Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic. Some things have to be believed to be seen.

Vision is the art of seeing invisible things.

I would love to hear what your thoughts are regarding this post, so please leave a comment.  Also, if you find this post to be motivating, please share with your friends.  Thanks.

Sooner or later you’ll experience a crisis in your life, and how you meet it will determine your future happiness and success.  Since the beginning of time, everyone has been called upon to meet such a crisis.

A closer look will show you that most “crisis situations” are opportunities to either advance or stay where you are.  In fact, most changes in your life will take place out of either “inspiration” or “desperation.”

Whatever comes your way, give it meaning and transform it into something of value.  Your personal growth is the process of responding positively to change.

A precious stone cannot be polished without friction, nor humanity perfected without trials.

Reaching For a Goal

Tip #1: Create positive state of mind

Before you even begin to think about your goals; it’s really important to get yourself into a positive and relaxed state of being. There are numerous relaxation modes that can aid in this effort: meditating, listening to inspiring music, exercising, watching your favorite comedy, and reading positive affirmations.

The more relaxed we are, the easier it is for the subconscious mind to absorb the vibration from our thoughts. In fact, this is the best way for us to allow those thoughts into our minds with the least amount of opposition.

Tip #2: Put Goals in Writing

What is the difference between a dream and a goal?  Well, the answer is quite simple.  Dreams exist only in the mind, while goals are drafted into written words.  Written objectives create vividness and help to strengthen the specific desire.

Given that the subconscious mind manifests things literally.  It is critical that all goals are specific and detailed.  The language that we use should be crystal clear in describing exactly what we want.  If owning a big house is one of your objectives, include the square footage, the color and number of rooms of the home that you envision yourself owning.  The more detailed the written goal, the easier it is for the subconscious mind to process and the quicker it takes to deliver the tools needed to achieve that objective.

Tip #3: Review Goals

Goal setting; however, is more than simply jotting down some ideas on a piece of paper and stuffing it away in the back of a file cabinet.  Once you have carefully outlined all of your goals, keep the momentum ignited by reviewing them daily.  Since the subconscious mind tends to act on its most dominant thoughts, reviewing our goals daily will help to purge the mind of old, out-dated thoughts and recreate new, powerful and positive beliefs.

In summary — goal setting is a powerful process for motivating yourself to turn this vision of the future into reality. By knowing precisely what you want to achieve, you know where you have to concentrate your efforts.  By following the 3 goal setting tips that are outlined herein, you will be well on your way to becoming an expert in building the road maps to your goals.

Our subconscious mind is a goal-seeking mechanism that unless given an objective to achieve, it floats around aimlessly. Once it has an objective or a target to aim for, your subconscious mind will employ you with the technique needed to manifest your desires. Each of your goals should have three main characteristics. If one is omitted, achieving your goals will become impossible.

#1: Your Goal Must Be Specific

targetYou must know exactly what it is that you want to achieve. By simply reciting in your head, I want to be a wealthy Internet Network Marketer, is only wishful thinking. How wealthy of an Internet Network Marketer do you want to become? How would you quantify wealth? If you wish to make $50,000 per month, then give that figure to your subconscious mind. Then leave it all up to your subconscious mind to furnish you with the ideas and methods you need to make that desire of yours come to reality.

Once again you are giving the subconscious mind a detailed set of instruction to work on. The more information you provide, the more clear the final outcome becomes. The more precise the outcome, the more efficient the subconscious mind can become.

Nonspecific and intangible goals are impossible to visualize for they are too vague and abstract. They will fail to inspire or stir your subconscious mind to action for you.

#2: Your Goal Must Have A Definite Time Period

clockYou must set a definite time limit within which you intend to acquire the object of your definite purpose. When you draft the plans to reach your goal, you should give yourself a clear-cut and reasonable time period to attain your objective. If you fail to do so, you will find it all too easy to procrastinate and put things off.

For instance, if you plan on becoming a Wealthy Internet Marketer, you’re not going to achieve that overnight. You’re going to need a definite time period in which to accomplish it. You should plan your progress carefully, hour-by-hour, day-by-day, month-by-month and year-by-year. Don’t become discouraged and quit if you happen to miss one of the dates on your timetable. Perhaps you were a little unrealistic and in a hurry when you drew up your original schedule. All you may need to do is readjust your schedule. If you need to change a goal, consider it a victory as you had the insight to realize something was different.

#3: Your Goal Must Be Measurable

ruler

If you really want to change something then you must measure it. You must be able to judge your progress toward the attainment of your goal. By that I mean your goal must be quantitative – how far you want to go and how much you intend to do. By setting measurable goals, you are equipped to navigate through the maze of success. Sometimes it is easy to veer off the path of success, as roadblocks and various other tempting pleasures steer us in the wrong direction.

Without goals, you are like a ship leaving port with no captain, no crew, and no destination. Because it has no direction, it will drift until it ends up shipwrecked on the reefs and rocks of life.

By ensuring that your goals have the characteristics listed above, you will not be like that ship sailing aimlessly in the ocean. You will stimulate your subconscious mind to achieve its objectives, thus helping you manifest your desires.
