One of the first mistakes many people make when applying the Law of Attraction (LOA) is not giving sufficient focus to their goals. Allowing yourself to become whatever you want in life is about aligning your thought patterns and focusing your attention in the direction of your desires. Increasing your mental focus level is necessary as energy amplifies and magnetizes to your desire. Failure to give sufficient attention to your target goals will always result in disappointing outcomes.
Blunder #2: Failure To Align Expectations
One of the most common misunderstandings that prevents people from getting control of their personal situation is the need to have their desires fulfilled immediately or as quickly as possible. Just because we live in the Internet age, we expect everything to happen instantly; however, the LOA doesn’t operate in this manner. It takes patience, practice and persistence. In your hurry to get to an improved destination, you are discounting the power of the LOA for speed and empty promise.

Openness to a negative energy field inhibits your ability to attract your desires, by stealing your momentum. The law of attraction works for you only if you are willing to elevate your thoughts and feelings to a higher, more positive and powerful state. At one point or another, we all can all attest to having surrounded ourselves with negative influences. Sadly enough, such self-destructive behavior will cause many people to not manifest their dreams in life. When you surround yourself with negative people, they often pull your attention away from your desires and into their desires.

If you are honest with yourself you may realize just how much of your focus and attention you gave to them. Belief is the center point on which the Law of Attraction balances. The universe holds endless opportunities – whether or not you believe you are worthy of them. If you don’t believe, these opportunities will not enter your life.
It’s only when you believe that you can have and deserve a new opportunity, that you actually put yourself in a position to receive it. Putting yourself in a position to receive takes time and effort that is sometimes ignored and never engaged. So take time to engage yourself in changing your beliefs.

You can gain confidence by working with your Belief Systems. If you do not have the confidence, then now is the time to build it.
